Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. The cancellation charges will be levied as per the existing cancellation rules.

2. The refund will be directly paid to the customers A/c through which the customer booked the ticket online, with in 7 days of cancellation of the ticket.

3. However the transaction charges levied by the bank/payment gateway will not be refunded.

Cancellation Charge

(1). 10% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled 30 days before departure.

(2). 25% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled between 29th to 7th days before departure.

(3). No refund if cancelled within 7 days before the departure.
